Hybrid billing: your plan sets the company cap; each company bills per active seat, and you add module add-ons only where you need them. Seats auto-expand when you invite, contract when you remove.
No feature held hostage.
Every plan is multi-user
Invite your team on any plan; seats expand and contract automatically as people join and leave.
The full suite, day one
Tracker, Projects, CRM, Accounting and HR are part of the platform — not upsell tiers bolted on later.
Connected by default
The verified-hour flow into invoices, payroll and budgets is standard, not an enterprise-only integration.
Billing, plainly.
How does the hybrid model actually work?
Two levers. Your plan sets how many companies (workspaces) you can own — Free and Starter include one, Pro up to three, Enterprise unlimited. Then each company bills per active seat, and you add optional module add-ons only on the companies that need them. You never pay for a module a company doesn't use.
What counts as a seat?
Any active member of a company. Seats auto-expand when you invite someone and contract when you remove them, so you're only billed for people actually working. The desktop tracker, web portal and every module are included per seat.
Can one person belong to several companies?
Yes. Your identity is separate from the companies you work in. Sign in once and switch between every workspace you belong to; each has its own team, billing and isolated data.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — one company, up to three members, the desktop tracker, timesheets and approvals, with seven days of history. No card required. It's meant to be genuinely useful, not a crippled trial.
What happens when I hit my company cap?
Creating another company prompts an upgrade to a plan with a higher cap. Your existing companies and data are never touched — the cap only governs creating new ones.
How is annual billing discounted?
Annual plans bill yearly at a lower effective monthly rate — roughly two months free versus paying month to month. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Still deciding?
Start on the free plan and upgrade only when a company outgrows it.
